Request account & data deletion
You can ask us to delete your KullRiyal account and the personal data associated with it at any time. Send the request below and we'll take care of it.
What gets deleted
- Your account and login (email or Apple/Google sign-in identifier).
- Your budgets, expenses, goals, debts, and onboarding answers.
- Your household membership and any invites you created.
- Analytics tied to your account identifier.
Timeframe & retention
We delete your account and personal data within 30 days of verifying the request. A limited amount of information may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax and transaction records) or to prevent fraud; it is removed once no longer needed.
Prefer to clear data on your device?
You can wipe the data stored on your phone any time from Settings → Reset data inside the app. To remove your cloud account and synced data as well, use the email request below.
How to request
Email us from the address on your account so we can verify it's you. Include your account email if it differs. We'll confirm by reply once your data has been deleted.
