Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using KullRiyal you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

Some features (cloud sync, Group & Family, Pro subscription) require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Activity that happens under your account.
• Notifying us at support@kullriyal.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe pose a security or legal risk.

KullRiyal is a personal budgeting and awareness tool. It is not:

• A bank, broker, or licensed financial advisor.
• Investment, tax, legal, or accounting advice.
• A guarantee of any financial outcome.

Forecasts, direction indicators, confidence levels, and recommendations are based on the rough or precise estimates you provide. They are projections, not promises. You are solely responsible for the financial decisions you make. If you need personalized advice, please consult a qualified professional.

Pro is a paid subscription.

Pricing is shown in the app before you subscribe.

Billing.

Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their terms. Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period until you cancel.

Free trial.

If a free trial is offered, you will be billed at the regular price when the trial ends unless you cancel beforehand.

Cancelling.

Cancel anytime in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro access until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds.

Refunds are handled by Apple and Google according to their respective policies. KullRiyal cannot directly issue refunds for app store purchases.

Price changes.

We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice; you can cancel before the new price takes effect.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except where this restriction is prohibited by applicable law).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, our servers, or other users.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.
• Attempt to bypass paywalls, subscription gates, or other access controls.
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, hateful, or that violates the rights of others.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our written permission.

You own the financial data and notes you enter into KullRiyal. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you (for example, syncing across your devices or sharing with members of your Group & Family if you enable it).

We will never sell your content or use it for advertising.

KullRiyal — including the app, the brand, the logo, the design, the copy, and the underlying software — is owned by KullRiyal Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

We may label some features as "beta," "preview," or "experimental." These may change, break, or be removed at any time without notice. Use them at your own discretion.

The Service relies on third-party providers (such as Apple, Google, Supabase, and RevenueCat). Your use of those features may be subject to the third party's own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

KULLRIYAL DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OF FORECASTS, DIRECTION INDICATORS, OR FINANCIAL CALCULATIONS. ALL OUTPUTS ARE INFORMATIONAL ESTIMATES BASED ON THE DATA YOU PROVIDE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KULLRIYAL TECHNOLOGIES, ITS AFFILIATES, AND ITS LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED SAUDI RIYALS (100 SAR).

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KullRiyal Technologies and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting the app and, if applicable, your account. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability limits, dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms over time. If changes are material, we will give you reasonable notice — in the app, by email, or both — before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Riyadh, unless a mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you the right to use a different forum.

• Entire agreement: these Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
• Severability: if any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
• No waiver: our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: you may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
